Slow Working Vector

I have put (an estimated) 30 hours into my vector piece so far … It’s so close, and still yet so far from being ready to print.

Whenever I sit down to work on it, I put two hours of work into it. I spent six hours this week fixing mistakes I made in shading, and properly aligning elements to the edge. I worked on it until almost 1:30 in in the morning Saturday night.

I want it to be finished so I can move on the something else, but I want it to be done right.

I still have so much to do before June … I’m beginning to get concerned that not going to be ready. I have old prints from previous cons that I can use.

Things I still need to do:

  • print business cards
    • redesign my business cards, because I no longer have the file I used to print them previously
    • panic because I have to redesign my business cards
  • reprint copies that I’m out of or have low amounts of
  • determine pricing
  • panic because I can’t find my files to print more copies

This weekend, I’m going to hang out with Laura, and send my business cards off for printing. I need to get some more of my stuff ready.

My thrall poster is just going to have to wait.
